We do our best to describe products accurately and show true-to-life images, but slight variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur - particularly for fabric products.

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices and product availability may change without notice.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typing or system error, we are not obliged to honour that price. If you've already paid, we'll offer you the correct price or a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we confirm your order by email and receive full payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion - for example, if a product is out of stock, payment fails, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (including the right to return defective goods within six months) are not affected by these Terms.

6. Product guarantee

We guarantee the workmanship, zips, and fittings on our products against manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse. Please contact us if you believe a product has a manufacturing defect.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including product designs, photographs, logos, and text, is owned by Jeankelly or our licensors and is protected by South African and international copyright and trade mark laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any of it without our written permission.

8. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites (social media, partner brands, etc.). We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jeankelly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled in a South African court with appropriate jurisdiction.
