No you can checkout as a guest.

How do I make a purchase?

Once you have found an item, you like. Select your size and quantity, click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button.Then a message will pop up giving you the option to continue shopping or view cart + checkout.Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top right side of the page. You can use the ‘X BUTTON” to remove the item form the basket.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at jeankelly?
Yes, your personal online security is important to us. All orders are processed through a 256 bit secure encrypted connection. No credit card details are stored by jeankelly, and all transaction are processed through Payfast.
What payment methods does jeankelly accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and EFT / bank deposit payment.

Returns & Exchanges

How to exchange your jeankelly online purchase
If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email
The item must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace at no charge. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of postage to us for returning any items. We will cover the delivery back.

  2. Notation of your request for exchange.
We will handle per your instruction immediately.
Note: items on clearance or promotion may not be sent back for exchange.
What is the jeankelly return / exchange policy?

Jeankelly take pride in the quality of their products. If you bought your bag or accessory from our website, we will be happy to exchange your purchase within 14 days of receipt.

If you bought from a retailer, please contact that retailer for assistance. We can only accept exchanges for orders bought through our website. If you have any questions please contact us before sending the items back.

Shipping & Delivery

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can track fastway parcels online at

Does jeankelly ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.

How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?

Free shipping on orders over R499 or more (3-4 working days excluding weekends) , standard shipping R55 ( 3-4 working days excluding weekends).

Outlying areas (5-6 working days delivery excluding weekends)

How will I know you received my order?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.
