How to exchange your jeankelly online purchase

If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email kelly@jeankelly.co.za
The item must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace at no charge. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of postage to us for returning any items. We will cover the delivery back.

  2. Notation of your request for exchange.
We will handle per your instruction immediately.
Note: items on clearance or promotion may not be sent back for exchange.
