WHAT IS THE JEANKELLY RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?
Jeankelly take pride in the quality of their products. If you bought your bag or accessory from our website, we will be happy to exchange your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
 
If you bought from a retailer, please contact that retailer for assistance. We can only accept exchanges for orders bought through our website. If you have any questions please contact us before sending the items back.
 
HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR JEANKELLY ONLINE PURCHASE
If you need to exchange an item, please send it back to our warehouse. The item must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace at no charge. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of postage to us for returning any items. We will cover the delivery back.
